Premium Refund Policy - please read before buying: refunds are only possible while you have downloaded 10 files or fewer after upgrading to Premium. Once you download more than 10 files after the upgrade, no refund can be issued - no exceptions. Within that limit, email support with your order ID and purchase email. Downloads are counted automatically per file, so we can verify your count instantly.

After checkout, your purchase email becomes your license. Sign in with that email — in the Chrome extension or the web app — and Premium activates on that device instantly. No key files, no passwords.
